Welcome back to the 8th Annual Rosedale VFD Blazing 5K!

The course: Penn Hills, PA (Eastern suburb of Pittsburgh); Hilly, challenging road course for runners, beautiful atmosphere for walkers and supporters. Spaghetti dinner with juice and beer to follow the event for all participants, and tons of awards!

Parking

Free Parking will be available, on site, at the fire station:
5806 Verona Road, Verona, PA 15147

We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes prior to start time to accommodate parking and registration.

From South & West (PGH):

I-376 East to Penn Hills Exit
Rodi Road, Right onto Frankstown Road
Left onto Lime Hollow Road
Right onto Coal Hollow Road
Right onto Verona Road

From North:

Route 28 to Highland Park Bridge Exit
Butler St turns into Allegheny River Boulevard
Take Allegheny River Boulevard to Sandy Creek Rd
Right onto Sandy Creek Rd
Left onto Verona Road
Fire Station is at Verona Road, intersecting Poketa Road, on the right side
